We are pleased to announce the official launch of the All Agents Data platform — the unified voice for Somali telecom data agents. This platform will serve as a central hub for all registered agents to access documents, submit complaints, and stay updated with industry news. Register today to access all features including our complaint mediation service.

We are happy to report that our average complaint resolution time has improved from 14 days to 7 days. This improvement is due to our new direct communication channels with all major telecom operators. We continue to work hard to resolve all agent disputes as quickly and fairly as possible.

Updated rate cards for all major telecom companies have been uploaded to the documents section. All registered members can now access Hormuud, Somnet, and Somtel rate cards for Q1 2025. Please log in to your member portal to view and download these documents.
